Technical Ammonium Nitrate Greenfield Project
8Cost: Rs.1170Cr.
8Project Event: 70 % of the construction and Construction activities have entered the final phase. All major equipmentincluding the ammonia converter, neutralizer, and absorption columnhas been installed and tested. Structural and piping works are now fully completed. Electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installation has substantially progressed, with loop checking and system energization currently underway. Pre-commissioning activities such as hydro-testing, system flushing, and equipment dry runs are nearing completion. Integration of Casale SA technology with the plant’s distributed control system (DCS) is in the final stage, with performance validation and safety interlocks being tested. The project is likely to be commissioned by October 2025.
SSP/GSSP Greenfield Project

8Project Event:The company is still awaiting environmental clearance for its greenfield SSP and GSSP plant at Roha, Maharashtra. The clearance process is in its final stages, with approval now expected by the end of Q2 2025. Internal planning and technical evaluations are ongoing. The RFQ for the local contractor, initially delayed, is now anticipated to be issued shortly after the environmental clearance is granted.
