Fees and Refunds: The client has the responsibility for making payment against access to the site. Payments can be denominated in any currency specified by the website. If for some reason, the website was to terminate your access to our site, unless it is a breach of contract on the part of the client, a refund will be activated by us on a pro rata basis for the period of service left. Were you to purchase a subscription from us and you decide that you do not require our services, you can claim a refund from us within five working days from the date of payment. The amount will be refunded to the bank account number, or the credit/debit/charge card that was used to make the subscription payment.

2) IndianPetroChem reserves the right to seek additional or supplementary information from the user or registrant of the site. It may reject registration or access applications where information and documentation provided by the applicant is inadequate or incomplete or deemed not authentic or genuine.

3) IndianpetroChem provides two types of access – free usage on trial basis and paid usage on payment basis -- to the site. A free user or registrant is allowed to use the site on a view-only basis. He or she will not be allowed to take copies or download or use in any way the materials published on this site. Users on trial basis are expressly prohibited to download any material or use it for commercial purposes. IndianPetroChem reserves the right to seek compensation or take all legal measures necessary if it finds users or registrants violating the conditions for such free access of materials or information published on the website.
