8All queries have been addressed, and the role of the consultant has been clearly demarcated
8Even so, one wonders why the bid submission date had to be extended time and again

The Maleic Anydride project of IOCL seems to be an example of how there has been a slow drift in the company towards unprofessionalism under the new dispensation.
